Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
You have 14 days upon receiving the product to request a FREE replacement for:
- Missing parts from your order.
- You were sent the wrong size or color.
- The item you received is not the one you ordered.
- The product you received is heavily damaged. We may require you to send proof/photo of the item to qualify for a refund.
Please note: We cannot offer exchanges if you do not like how it looks.
FOR REFUNDS
We allow full refunds 14 days upon delivery of the item with the following conditions:
- The item has not arrived and it has been in transit for over 21 days. Alternatively, we will send you another order completely for free.
If you would like to refund due to sizing issues, we will need you to ship it to our office. It must be unworn and in original condition with the original packaging or we will not credit it. However we will not cover shipping costs due to being a new small business without the infrastructure to support it yet.
FOR LOST ORDERS
- If you order is marked as delivered on our system, but you cannot find your package, please contact us. If you have entered the correct address, it is likely stolen, and we cannot send another for free as this is out of our control.
- If you entered the wrong address, and didn't tell us prior to shipping, this is also out of our control. We will require you to organize another order to be sent out. We will supply a discount code if this is the case.
- Contact our support team with any questions regarding these issues, as people commit package theft all the time.
- If you have purchased shipping protection, please contact us and we will send you out another package.
We will not take accountability for any customer remorse.
If our product doesn't fit, we will not be able to accept returns for cash collected. We will offer a discount to our store in exchange.
We will notify you if the refund request was approved or not after contacting us via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 5-8 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
For cancellation of orders, you are only allowed to cancel your order within 12 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, we can no longer cancel your order and issue a refund unless the product meets the conditions for a refund when delivered.
